How long will it take to get my order? Order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

  • Processing/Production Time: It typically takes us 2–7 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! International shipping typically takes 10–29 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Where is my tracking number? Once your order has been processed and a shipping label created, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking status to update.

👕 Sizing & Product Care

How do I know which size fits me best? We recommend checking our Size Guide located on every product page. The most accurate way to determine your size is to take a shirt you already own that fits well, lay it flat, and measure the width (armpit to armpit) and length (shoulder to hem), then compare it to our chart.

What happens if I order the wrong size? If wrong size was sent please reach out to us at rethoughtapparelofficial@gmail.com with order number and photos of shirt (overview clearly visible) and tag inside of shirt

How should I wash my apparel? To ensure the longevity of your clothing (especially items with printed designs), we recommend:

  • Machine washing cold, inside-out.

  • Tumble drying on low heat or hanging to dry.

  • Avoiding bleach or ironing directly on the design.

💳 Orders & Payment

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? We try to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within [2 hours] of placing your order. Once an order has gone into production or shipping, we cannot make changes.
